How a session works
No discovery process, no proposal, no follow-up sequence. You book, we talk, you get a short list.
Before
When you book you’ll answer two questions: what you do, and the one thing you’re hoping AI can help with. That’s the whole intake. I look at it before we talk so we don’t spend the session on background.
During
We spend the time on your actual work — the process, the bottleneck, the task you’d hand off if you could. I’ll ask questions, and then I’ll tell you what I’d try, what I’d avoid, and why. Where I don’t know, I’ll say so.
After
You get a short written follow-up: the tools we discussed, in order, and the first step for each. Nothing longer than a page. If it turns out you need something built rather than explained, I’ll tell you that too — and point you somewhere, whether or not it’s me.
Questions
What kind of businesses is this for?
Small businesses of any kind. The problems rhyme more than people expect — intake, scheduling, follow-up, writing the same thing over and over, drowning in admin.
Do I need to know anything about AI first?
No. Curiosity is enough. If you've never opened one of these tools, that's a fine starting point.
Do you set the tools up for me?
Not in a session. A session is advice. If you want implementation, ask and we'll talk about it separately.
What if AI isn't the answer for my problem?
Then I'll say so and we'll use the time on what would actually help. That happens fairly often and it's a legitimate outcome.
Is any of this guaranteed?
No. It's my honest read based on experience with these tools. Nothing I share is a guarantee of results, and it isn't legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice.
How do I keep up as the tools change?
The free guide on the newsletter gets updated as the landscape moves. That's what it's for.
Bring one real problem.
One hour, one-on-one, on your actual business. Advice based on experience — no guarantees.
